XpressAlarm is a freeware specially written for Nokia 5800 XpressMusic and Nokia N97 mobile. XpressAlarm prevent someone to steal your mobile phone. This is a small utility that helps protect your mobile against theft. Following video explains the process of using this application on your Nokia 5800 XpressMusic and N97.
In order to run this application, following are the steps.
Step 1: You need Phython( min. v-1.9.4 ) to run this application, so first download and install the Phython.
Step 2: Install XpressAlarm application on your mobile.
Step 3: Set the lock timeout from settings and siren to buzz. The default timeout is 2 seconds.
Step 4: Just lock your Nokia 5800 without exiting the XpressAlarm application and put it in your pocket. It will give a sound.
Step 5: Now pick out the mobile from your pocket and you will hear the siren.
Step 6: To stop siren, just unlock the mobile.
Upon unzipping, The installation folder contains Sample_Alarm.wav file. It's siren sound. You can put this file into \private\edfac657 folder on your mobile. You can listen to this siren here-
