Go! Go! Rescue Squad! is a puzzle game sees you controlling a team of fireman. Your job is to rescue Darwins. There are three types - Twonks, Screebs and Fuzzies - which all behave in different ways. You don't have to complete all the puzzles in order. If you get stuck, have a look around the island for other unlocked puzzles.
All the fireman in your rescue squad have to work together in order to solve each puzzle. They will need to co-operate by throwing Darwins and useful items to one another. You have to touch the screen where you want your fireman to go. Touch to his left or right for horizontal movement. Touch above or below him to climb ladders. To control a different fireman, just tap directly on him, and control will switch to that fireman.
To perform different actions, touch the context-sensitive thought balloons. Different thought balloons appear in different situations. There are two game modes:
- Aiming: When in Aiming mode, you will see your aiming line which shows you where a thrown object will land.
- Look Around Mode: When a puzzle is bigger than the screen, you can touch the EYE button at the bottom left of the screen to look around. Drag across the screen in look around mode to scroll around the whole puzzle.
Every time you solve a puzzle, you get a Bronze, Silver or Gold Medal. The game is developed by Connect2Media for Symbian S60 v5 based touch screen mobiles such as Nokia 5800 XpressMusic, N97, N97 Mini, X6, 5230, 5233, 5530 XpressMusic, Samsung i8910 Omnia HD, Sony Ericsson Satio and Vivaz. The demo version of this game features only the levels in the first district.
