Silent Hill 3 Mobile suggests that the player enters a point-and-click adventure game with some shooting phases. Just press the shoot button at the right moment (when the 2 squares merge) to inflict extra damage. When selecting an object, the "eye menu" appears and gives you three possible action.
The eye: gives you a description of the object.
The hand: allows you to interact with the object.
The bag: opens your inventory in order to use an item on the object.
Bullets and healing items are hidden everywhere in the game, look for them if you want to have a chance at defeating all your enemies.
