SimCity Deluxe is a traditional SimCity game portable for fun on the go! The game is developed by Electronic Arts, Inc. for Symbian S60 v5 based touch screen mobile phones such as Nokia 5530 XpressMusic, 5800 XpressMusic, N97, N97 Mini, X6, 5230, 5233, Samsung i8910 Omnia HD, Sony Ericsson Satio and Vivaz. There are two game modes: Free Play and Scenario.
In Free Play Mode, you are given a patch of land in which you have to create a prosperous city with happy Sims living in it. You have to balance the citizens needs with the city's resources. In Scenario Mode, you become mayour of a city with a problem that needs solving.
Make sure you read the ticker text to get hints on your progress and what to do next! Zoning strategically and prioritizing your Sims needs is the most important aspect of managing a city!
Every building has an area of effect around itself. Placing two of the same building next to each other is a waste of resources! Setting up a good transportation network is the best way to avoid traffic jams. Many job opportunities and numerous residential zones rates attract Sims to move in your city! Sims that can't get to work enough will soon lose their job.
